  @AAProds @browj2 @johnebaker Hi Al, John and John, Having updated both VPX and VdL, no reactivation was needed, so this problem seems to be entirely random! And I've checked my account, only one activation used for both softwares. Jeff

  @AAProds Three questions: Is the crash random or consistent? If you hit stop on the camcorder/VCR rather than the program - does the system crash? Do you have access to another USB digitizer to test?

  @AAProds I had this on random occassions, both with clicking the UI, and the Taskbar icons. I suspect it is a Windows 23H2 issue. Since updating to Windows 24H2 have not seen it occur (yet) John EB

  Download from Cloud Import Fails
  Hi, I get random behavior from the Download function in Stock Media on Magix Hub. A few have worked, now they are very intermittent. I try closing software, logging out of my account, etc. When I click on Download (either resolution), it says
