  @rickduley Rick, the MKVs need access permission, the MP4s can be downloaded fine. Could you give us just one troublesome MKV.

  @bdesha Hi . . . . Was it sufficient to have uninstalled Nvidia or do I need to reset it at 581.8 . . . . Uninstalling the App would not affect the driver that is already installed, try downloading 581.80 and install that. John EB

  Error -2147163964 Acid Pro 11 Acid Pro 11 downloads but will not instal - crashes at the end of installation. Disabled antivirus - no difference First time it said a windows update was due, so restarted & then it refused to instal
