  Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.

  @Simon-Tuamemel Hi The serial number, which, IIRC, begins with TRIALC- with should be in the registration confirmation email you received, you may need to scroll down the email. John EBForum Moderator

  Your subscription has beed paid until 4th of June. After that last period it the autorenewal stopped because BorisFX is now the owner of these products. We cannot sell it anymore. You should have get information via email from the new owner also

  You should have get information via email from the new owner also about information that your subscription will run there now.   Not quite.
