  @rickduley Here are your MP4 thumbnails in my VDL 2026 media pool; I suspect your system graphics might be causing your hiccup.

  i just went to open my program and i'm getting an error "magix mp3 deluxe 19 doesn't work anymore". any help to get this to work would be appreciated. i already switched to windows 7 compatibility, but still did nothing

  That's odd @AAProds, firstly I have to install QuickTime (which is an Apple app), then I get this when I try to load an MP4 (converted with AviDemux) into VPX16
