@Atte-Tahvanainen Hi . . . . cant be that, they are homemade films . . . . That eliminates one line of possible cause. What colour is the USB device and are there any markings on it such as K0065 or K0067? John EB

So, if I want to take my existing homemade DVDs and convert them to files, Magix can't do it? Do you have a favorite software with that capability that you can recommend? Thanks.
