  @Jennifer-Wilson Hi. If the result is to play the file onto a TV via a thumb drive then make sure the file is exported to a format the TV can accept. I say this because our older lounge TV can only accept mov. files while our kitchen TV only accepts

  @browj2 Hi John. Don't get me wrong, we have two working Blu-ray players left in the house connected to the lounge and kitchen TVs as well as two CD players in other rooms but seriously can't remember the last time anything was put into any of them.

  @MarkAnders Hi Mark. The more complex a program you buy, the easier it is to get the wrong result for a given problem due to the more choice of exporting you have than a simpler program. You may have chosen an export setting that has produced too
