Error during "MPEG2 / MPEG4" activation

Please make sure to run the software with administration rights. If the problem still occurs, please try the following steps:

  • Shut down the software.
  • Restart the application as an administrator (right mouse button on the software icon, then select "Run as administrator")
  • Repeat the activation procedure.

If you run the program as an app, right-click on the tile and select "Run as admin" from the context menu at the bottom of the screen.
