HEVC export won't start

If HEVC export won't start, the codec might not have been properly activated.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to "Help" > "Deactivate program" and restart the program.  
  2. When prompted, enter your serial number and the email address you used before to activate the program.
  3. Try activating the codec again.
