Is the program not letting you download content from the Designs Gallery?
Follow these instructions to fix this problem.
Start by checking to make sure your license is still valid.
You can check the validity of your license in the MAGIX Service Center .
If your license is no longer valid, contact our Customer Service team at +49 (0)5741 3455-31.
You can reach us Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
If your license is still valid, follow these steps:
- Open the software.
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+J.
- When prompted, click "Yes". Then, go to "More" > "Empty Designs Cache" at the top of the Designs Gallery.
- The cache will be deleted, and you will be asked to restart the application.
- DO NOT do this. Instead, go to "More" > "Update".
- After restarting your computer, try downloading content from the Designs Gallery again.
