[Archived] Impossibile to shut down the software

Please open the following folder:

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\[Programmname]\News Feed Info

There you will find a file with this name:

  • Please open this file with a text editor such as "Windows Notepad".
  • In the file you will find an area ""
  • You will find a time stamp in front of it, such as "2017-01-23".
  • Change the date in this timestamp to today's date and save the changes.
  • The problem should then no longer occur.
