No confirmation email received

Usually you will receive the order confirmation a few minutes after the purchase. In the case of an electronic good, the confirmation already contains all download links and activation codes (serial number).

If you have not received a confirmation email for your purchase,
the email may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email.

Here is an example taken from Google Mail: 

Once you have changed the spam options in your email client, the email will appear in your inbox.

For further orders, it helps to add the magix.net domain as safe sender.

If the email cannot be found in the spam / junk folder, please contact our sales team. Please note also the order number.
