Problems loading Soundpools in the Music Maker Store

If you are experiencing issues loading Soundpools from the Store, follow these steps:

  1. First, check to make sure you have the latest version of the program installed.
  2. To do this, go to  "Help" > "Update Program" > "Update Online...".
  3. Reset the program to its standard settings by going to "File" > "Settings" > "Reset Program Settings". 
  4. Now, try to run the program as an administrator.
  5. To do this, right-click the program icon and select "Run as administrator" in the context menu. 

If this doesn't fix the problem, go to "File" > "Settings" > "Program Settings" > "General". Under "Mediapool", select both "Clean up Store..." and "Rescan Soundpools..."
