Follow these steps to reactivate the Cleaning & Restoration Suite:
- Go to "Help" > "Activate Cleaning and Restoration Suite".
- In the window that opens, click "Restore activation".
- Enter your order number and email address. Once you've entered your information, you will be given a new activation code.
- Enter the activation code in the empty field.
- Then, click "Activate".
If you no longer have your order number, select "Restore activation", followed by "Activate program offline"
A document should then open with your User ID in it. Send this document to us. We will then send you a new activation code by email.
