RE: Website Maker: How to build sub navigations
Hi André Excellent idea to write this workshop in English, too. It's well explained and understandable. It's exactly the way I did it on my website, although I did not build the sub-navigation right from the beginning when I started creating my website. It is also possible to add it subsequently. Just place the vertical navigation (of your example) on every sub-page that belongs to the subject

    RE: Mixing, Mastering and EQ
Thank you for this very useful information! It pretty much covered all my questions regarding mixing/ recording. Your right. Listening too loud makes my ears tire out, making it more difficult to hear the right mix. I've saved a file to guide me in my future projects. Thanks again. Roy

RE: Stop MMM crashing-How to boost ur processing power
Thanks for sharing! It could be a good tip! Excuse approximative English.. But in my case, with MM15, I keep having problems mainly with the video when I am adding visual effects, then my PC which I just bought (HP pavilion dual core DV7 intel P7350 2Ghz graphic card ATI mobility Radeon HD 4350) jumps in and out..  My graphics & music are not fluid..  :( I have all the time to mix my down

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Movie Edit Pro
I am highly disappointed with the Movie Edit Pro 15 software and manuals. The simple burning of an existing video in avi format onto a DVD disk is made complicated and the sound is not even transferred to the disk. The preview before burning but after importing is also soundless.

    RE: Plugins directory
Good stuff!  The sound editor used in the video is called Audacity.  Actually, Music Maker can also convert a stereo file to mono itself.  To convert a stereo file to mono, drag the file to an empty track in the "arranger" area, "solo" only that track, select file/export/audio as wave (or press Alt+W), select the "mono" option and save the file.  Alternatively, Music Maker also has a built-in

RE: Audio driver fix to be able to record.
I downloaded  asio4all but i  could not fint the "setting" icon you refer to when you open samplitude 14.  Where is it? Is it in the toolbar for a new recording project, or does it come up immediately when you open samplitude 14?

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab
I am glad to have the Open Workshop document - it has helped with several things. I'm an experienced computer user but I can't get to grips with some aspects of the program.  I can do the Importing, the Cleaning, the Exporting, no problem. I think there is a layer of explanation missing. for example "track markers can be accessed, moved or deleted." Little further explanation or demonstration

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Mp3 Maker
I have the MP3 maker deluxe.  Why doesn't the web radio cut the track id when it starts and put it in a file.  Instead I have a 1 hour long recording.  Does it do this or did I just waste my money?

This is for an older version (10), but is still helpful in starting to find your way around the program.  Thanks.

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Mp3 Maker
I'm very very disappointed in this software.  All I want to do is convert all my audio/music files already on my hard drive to MP3 files, to play on our GPS.  It does not work!  I've tried everything, and the tutorial and book are jokes!

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Photo Story
I recently bought the software to make slide shows from the photos. Have done two "dummy runs" of DVDs, in preparation for the holiday photos with a few hundred photos. There seems to be a narrow range of the photo effects. Though I'll give it a go and work my way through the workshop.

Is this PDF file for MAGIX Photostory 7? I do not see many of the menu items that are in this file. It is quite informative otherwise. Thanks for the effort. I would like to see a User's Manual in PDF format for MAGIX Xtreme PhotoStory 7. Thanks.

    RE: Convert vhs to dvd
Hang on in there Meena, I must admit the so called support from this company seems a little thin on the ground and this workshop seems pretty useless, nothing like I expected but perhaps if enought people moan they might get the message and give it a little love :-)

    RE: Convert vhs to dvd
Meena wrote "it doesn't explain how I would know if my computer had a sound card or whatever . . . " 1.  Presence or absence of sound in a PC is the first clue. 2.  Hardware can be reported by the free software at www.belarc.com 3.  P.3 of the workshop PDF pictures three different types of connector commonly found on sound cards (used to connect VHS players etc.)
