I am glad to have the Open Workshop document - it has helped with several things.

I'm an experienced computer user but I can't get to grips with some aspects of the program.  I can do the Importing, the Cleaning, the Exporting, no problem.
I think there is a layer of explanation missing. for example "track markers can be accessed, moved or deleted." Little further explanation or demonstration offered. These items don't work in any logical way I can understand.  I can eventually split long files into smaller units and export them out separately (which is my preference) but it takes three times longer than it should.
It would be wonderful if Magix could produce a help document with examples, for the users who are doing it for the first time.

What is the tech support phone number? The posted one asks for a Block Number. What Is That.

I want to talk to someone, about Spectral cleaning. A Video would be nice.

I can not log in and when I request the forgot password, I get no reply.

When I call the other number, all I get in a message, "the everyone is busy". I Think NOT.

Are you still in business.

This is a new email address.

We find the following paragrph in both the Denoiser and DeHisser sections:

Quality: The quality of the calculation can be set in two stages. You can precisely set the values in the standard quality setting without influencing the playback in any way and select high quality for burning once ready.

What does that mean? That the values I set for the sliders and knobs only apply when the setting is 'Standard'?

And 'High' quality ignores those values? Or is this just an attempt to make the CPU load lighter during the working phase and then during the final burning phase a more precise calculation is done?

Why does Magix send me an Email for my New Magix Product with the Licenses for Vegas Post 19 and I try and try to either redeem or register or activate the software so that I can download it and I Can't. I try to get a hold of Support to no avail. I never had a problem getting a hold of Support. I bought this license because of the level of Support I received in the past. Now the forum, click for support go here there takes you back to square one and it keeps me going around in circles. Now I'm wondering if I made a bad Choice.
