The attached video will help new users understand some of the more basic elements of Music Maker and may help resolve some of the basic questions about getting started. Most important is to download the free addons to Music Maker and to read the manual. I also cover using instruments to lay down midi tracks, audio recording, and where Soundpools are located and how to get started using them.
I would appreciate knowing if users find this video helpful and if there are any topics that are not understood or require further explanation.

I did watch that video before I posed the question, and it is good, and I can get to point Z going through hoops, but I know there must be a simpler way to mouse over a portion of the track and copy it. I'll read some more. Thanks dbutcher432
For those of you who couldn't hear the sound I had the same problem. It was resolved when I closed Magix, then I was able to hear the sound. In fact, I couldn't get sound from any online videos until I shut Magix down.
Thanks John, I must have had video issues. I went to YT and subscribed to your videos. I'm really interested in learning how to use Music Maker to make some nice pads for Worship service. We are a small church and only have a pianist, guitarist and me as a drummer. Looking to create a fuller sound. So this shall be an interesting journey for me. Again thanks!
