I hope them videos your downloading are your own and not copy write protected material. But if their your own then I suggest a program called super. It will convert anything into any format. It will even convert into 3pg (cell phone format)
The only problem is it looks a little generic and the gui is about as tricky to figure out at first as their web site is. But if you can master both then you will LOVE super. I have been using it for 3 years now and I still love it.

scroll all the way down to the bottom of the first page and click the light blue link that says
Start Downloading SUPER ©  it's a little hard to spot at first. who ever designed their web site didn't do a very good job. Anyway, click that and on the 2nd page at the bottom you will find the link to "  Download SUPER © setup file " again in light blue font.


Like I said above this program will convert anything into anything, video or audio.
