I never got a solution to my 'sound out of sync' problem. I like using Movie Edit Pro but can only use it for short productions of 12 mins or less. Does the newer Movie Edit Pro 2013 guarantee a fix?

The serial number of my Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus HD program was registered with algis.nijole@bigpond.com I had to chnge my email address to algisnijole@iprimus.com.au. Now my Movie edit program is blocked.because it is registered at another email address.
