  @elitarev I think the last update of MP3 Deluxe 19 was released around 2016(!). To my knowledge this software may not work stable on Windows 10/11 versions released after 2016. So even if you would be able to upgrade from 14 to 19, version 19 would

  @FIA2008 Error -14 means you enter a valid serial into the wrong product. Since there are different editions (Plus, Premium, Ultimate, Subscription and so) you need to make sure you installed the correct version of the software, otherwise you'll get
