(It seems you are entering the serial key wrongly in some way!)

I have copy/pasted the serial number several times.

I followed the advice in the link. Magix has not responded so far.

It just gives me the same programme I have already downloaded and installed.

Yes. I downloaded it and installed it. Error -14

And, did you use the same email address as the one for your account with MAGIX when you tried to activate the program after installing it?

Finally received a reply from support. Apparently there was an error on their side and they have corrected it. The software was now able to be registered.
