@Kevin-Arkin Hi. This is the wrong forum to ask that question as that program version comes under the Vegas forums posts. It's only the later versions (17 onwards) that are dealt with here as the program shifted to a differently based program

Not sure what to do here. It's stuck on Alpha. It was working last week. Now it's not. I've reset. Tried the parent/child composition. Reset the window arrangement. Run as admin. checked the text cursor. No luck. Using Vegas Pro 22. Windows 11.

The exact same thing happened to me on January 12th when purchasing an upgrade to Vegas Pro 23. I opened a support ticket and sent a follow up email five days later. I have yet to hear anything. I will consider filing a Paypal claim.
