  Hi, I have also been trying to download Music Maker Premium 2021 having changed PC's but the download in my service centre account is the 64bit free version and it does not recognize my serial number. Can anyone help me with this?

  @Ninian Hi Check that you have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable installed and it is up to date. To repair the C++ installation, see this article on fixing the issue, you must download and install both the x86 and x64 versions. HTH John
