  @HHM You can automate Sound Forge with scripts, for example in C#. I use this to automatically cut and edit and transform hundreds or thousands of sound effect files. I think this is the standout feature of Sound Forge.

  Hi Peter, Select the object, go to Effects, Speed. You should see 20 fps as the speed. Change this to 16 for R8 or 18 for S8, enter. The object will be stretched a bit longer on the timeline. This is independent of the project settings fps. John CB
