  Its 2026 video deluxe. when Installed the program they said I could download extra content later. I cant use color in my texts or any other effect. It says in help menu I can activate and download content. But having issues with the rest.

  Error Message -24 I found the solution finally!!! The email address is case sensitive! Check under "My Account - User Data" and copy and paste the email address from there into the activation window! "No Thanks" to MAGIX for all the unanswered

  I figured it out. The htm link does not work, it is a dead link. Workaround: I chose to activate on another computer, the program saved a htm file, I renamed it to .txt and opened it in Notepad. A few lines from the bottom embedded in the html code

  @stephen-s4481 Computer IDs are generated by the software itself. But this only works for very old software, usually released before 2014. In 2014 serial numbers starting with P3 were introduced. These cannot be activated with a Computer ID.
