Music Studio Error 24

I JUST PURCHASED and now it won't let me register. When I log in, it says already registered, but my pc will not get past the register and activate screen. I'm stuck in a loop and this makes me angry. HELP!!!

Playback is slow and fuzzy

I have SF 18 and windows 11; all of a sudden the music playback is slow and fuzzy; I have reinstalled the program and looked for updates, but it did not help.

I tried enhancing some old VHS recordings before, and AI tools can definitely help sharpen details and reduce noise, even if they can’t fully restore the original miniDV quality. It’s worth testing on a short clip first before processing everything.

@Tusk Hi. Just caught your last post as I was making my post at the time. Looking at what is and isn't running from the Task Manager results shows only one GPU in use. Are you only running one monitor? Getting the other GPU to kick in may help. John

Snapping (the horseshoe icon) turned off or on does not help. There are two tracks, 1 and 2. Track 2 (titles) can be moved freely but not track 1 (the mp4-video).

Error code -14

I registered it on April 14, 2026 and had been using it without any issues. However, when I tried to run it on May 4, 2026, the error code appeared. It was working fine until May 3, 2026.Please help me resolve this issue.
