  I have similar case. I ordered VIdeo Pro X ultimate upgrade, but never received mail with serial number and activation coupons for additional products from ProDad, NewBlue and BorisFX. I already placed 3 separate tickets and I got no response to any

  @AAM Thanks for the Windows version. Error code 5 Access violation is a Window issue, he most likely cause is a Windows Update. To check your system, close all running programs then:- Hold down the Windows Key and press XSelect - Terminal (Admin)
