@browj2 I'm not sure what you mean, on short crossfades it's not noticeable, as in your pic the fade can be added to the start or/& end of a clip, there's only the 5 options with their poss combinations. on longer crossfades how fast one image

@CarpentersMate Hi, I create my own 1280x720 thumbnails for my YT vids, quite often a captured frame from the video then edited with text etc. in GIMP saved as a png/jpg, but as mentioned there's the option to pick one of a couple of random pics

It doesn't have an error. Instead of being able to make it transparent, they now show up in black and white with scanlines (attaching a pic) and cannot be made transparent. They worked right after I upgraded to 2022, but after the latest update,
