I'm pretty sure that Logic Pro lets you turn off 'Loop Preview' without ruining everything, where you can still listen to loops in “soundpool” together with the song. The developers of Music Maker has no brain. Let me tell you something funny.

@Paul-Yoder Please look inside the Download tab. There should all Soundpools be listed that you can download. There is also a button in the program settings to clean up the store. This is sometimes necessary to delete the old cache. Please try that.

@JustRaccoon Have you tried to uninstall it? You open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools. There you can select the instrument that's not working. After it has been uninstalled start Music Maker again and redownload
