  Did you use decent quality blank disc stock? I had some cheapo discs where about every other one was a dud (coaster). No problems when I switched back to good quality discs. Try another disc. Otherwise, I am not familiar with Sound Forge 9 LE. Make

  An update on progress: Following the advice and suggestion from the above posts, used the original DVD-RW and tried to burn again using the ENCODE ALL. Same problem. Another Burn, original DVD-RW, Encoded All, but checked the 'Chapter Menu'

  @Aitch Thinking about it overnight (DVDs are a distant memory for me!), you can check the original DVD burn without doing another: locate the VIDEO_TS folder for the original burn. Hit the Y key, then on the Folders tab, look for the Disk Images
