  I never knew there were ratio settings in the export menu, I can only see quality settings but as long as you have the issue resolved thats all that matters. Enjoy Photostory and your day.

  @Stan-Yarrish Hi, MWV? I presume that you mean WMV? I suggest that you go back into PhotoStory, File, Export, Video as MPEG-4, click on Display all, open the dropdown at the top, select whatever suits the parameters of your project, probably MP4

  @Helge-Bruun Hi Photostory does not support HEIF/HEIC images and does indeed crash when trying to import them. To use them, they have to be converted to jpg, on an iPhone this can be done without 3rd party software - see method 1 here, for Android I
