RE: importing a stereo mp3 file into both tracks seprately
@Gerald-Shantz Hi, This is getting more complicated, it would seem, than necessary. Then when I play these tracks onto my computer software, I can adjust the volume of each amplifier separately, to create an MP3 file. How are you doing this? Which

RE: importing a stereo mp3 file into both tracks seprately
@Gerald-Shantz Hi, I think that you are making things too complicated for yourself and you're trying to overthink things. SFACL is really a very simple program to use. First, I don't see the need to split left and right onto separate tracks to

RE: Purchased soundloops not accessible via offline computer
@SP. No luck. There are mxcogg files in all of the soundpool directories. Testing one of the soundpools by removing the mxcogg files while retaining ogg and wav files gave us a different error than before: "*.mxcogg has been deleted or moved and

RE: no audio for mov files
I think I've worked it out in my case. I uninstalled Solveig Splitter (a video editor for "splitting" files, IOW editing them losslessly like VideoRedo does/did). I then rebooted, and reloaded the MVP that had skoon's file in it. It opened OK and I

RE: Preventing or correcting Sound Forge AS 17 90* rotation of mp4 file
Hi John: I had four videos in this batch. 2 needed silence trimmed from the beginning. All 4 required audio improvements. I could not figure out how to split in my Magix s/w, so I do this using MP4Splitter that someone here recommended. Others gave

@johnebaker Hi John. There is no permanent DC offset within the waveform I can see. Just that peak whenever the file is initiated or exited from. Whether this is caused by VLC playing the four tracks of audio that are recorded at once or not I'm not

@G-R, @emmrecs Hi . . . . Actually, you possibly do have Magix Music Editor installed (as part of the MMS installation) but those .HDP files are simply the ones which control the graphics of the waveform . . . . Music Maker does not have to be

@Tony-Haack Hi Tony, I agree with @SP. Please take note of the bugs that I have sent in to Magix: And note my comments about Voice Over in this thread. I am about to raise this issue with Magix as I think it's a bug. That said, the program does

When "Delete temporary files on close" is enabled, that can significantly slow down re-opening files, necessitating rebuilding the waveform each time. It is best not to delete the <.sfk> waveform files either whilst the file is in the

@Mark-T Hi Mark, Close Music Maker. Using Windows Explorer, go to where the wav file is located and delete the H0 and HDP files. One of these is the waveform. Open Music Maker and import the wav file or open the project that already has it. The H0

RE: Record a concert, both on a wav recorder and on the camera which makes
@Peter-Jensen9020 You can indeed import WAV for this purpose. You will have no trouble lining up your external WAV with your video- audio track just by visual alignment. You'll need to zoom in fairly close to get the match to be frame-accurate but

Thanks, John CB. I'll try to remember that. I guess it would do the job perfectly. I can't try it immediately because the defective waveform graphics I had, have corrected themselves after I was given the option when opening another music file.

RE: can't get SF Studio 15 to record anything, please help
The Windows sound settings (record) default input source may be set to something other than what you want and the meter activity you see could be the system noise floor. Do other audio files playback normally and can you hear them on your speakers

I didn't name the VST because this error arises from multiple VST instruments from a specific manufacturer. Also, this error is isolated to only Magix programs. I have MMM, Acid Pro and Samplitude Music Studio. All three programs receive the error.
