  Purchased 2023 Premium, will not let me select the promised sounds
  Hi, so I purchased the 2023 version months ago. Ever since, the application will not allow me to choose my free instruments/Soundpools even though it keeps telling me to every time I login. Any fix?

  "Platinum Bundle" - Producer planet
  I am unable to purchase the new "Platinum Bundle" in the Producer planet store. Before connecting to my account, the Bundle is availible à 10% of regular price but after login, the store said "not availible" why ? Is it about my country ?

  @ShekFor MM2024 and earlier versions, you did need to log in. For MM2025, you don't need to do a login, but you must enter a serial number (one time only for a new installation). You have 2 screenshots that show the full Music Maker program window.

  @Marvin-Ross Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. SF9 was one of the last versions produced by Sony. So your software is attempting to contact the Sony registration server, which has long been turned off. You need to log into your Magix account
