  @Donald-Quarnstrom You need to be logged in to export as MP3. The crash might have logged you out or you're not correctly logged in any longer. Please try to log out and back in. Also make sure you have configured an ASIO driver in the program

  @jesse-c Since the software is now nearly 15 years old, I don't think this is possible any longer. But you should be able to export as WAV and then use a free tool like XMedia Recode to convert your WAV files to MP3. This should work without problems

  @Jon-Bushaway I recommend not to use MP3 files, but standard WAV files, to prevent problems caused by audio compression. Next, you can reset the program settings. Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon to start ACID. Keep holding
