Have had to delete the text strap line. Insert normal text and save. Then update text to H1. All working but because title is on 2 lines it's now saying too many H1 tags as reading each line as H1.

Thanks but I still think it shouldn't be that difficult. Cancelation should be as simple as clicking a button, especially when auto-renew is forced. Send by post in writing is not acceptable IMO and email is unreliable and too often ignored.
