I now use an iphone 15 photos and they have an extension ".HEIC." HEIC does not seem to work in Photostory. It loads into photostory but doesn't open the files. Is there an update to Photostory or another fix for this?

[Solved] Is there a way to increase the cache?

The software is the latest upgrade to Movie Studio. PC specifications are: Stormforce Onyx Ryzen 5 4500 CPU. 32 gb sd4 RAM. Ryzen RX7600 GPU (8gb). The programme is inclined to freeze so I'm guessing it might be the cache. The setting is for TVHD.

@S-H8086 Hi Thanks for the feedback. . . . . I blame upload/download on Google . . . . If the images are in Google Photos this may be the cause of the EXIF info being corrupted, there have been many incidences of it causing EXIF issues. John EB

@AAProds Thanks for discovering this anomaly. I too didn't realise that track 5 was a special "audio track." I knew that if you sent an audio file to the timeline and a track wasn't specified, the file would land on track 5 by default but I didn't

@me_again @AAProds @johnebaker @vdl-user-v19 I'm not sure if my contribution is relevant or not as I'm still using MMS 2024 and VPX 14 but I'm not having any quality issues with hardware encoding at 4K or HD at any frame rate from 60 down to 25fps
