    an error has occurred during the process of purchase

    Everytime i try to login to the store it say there has been an error during the purchasing process ive tried to clear the cache and it didnt work and just said the same thing how come its not letting me login in?

    Magix no longer recognizes my login and password but there doesn't seem to be any way to contact a live person. Is there any email address or phone number avail for this? Website is not helpful!

    @philip-eames Hi, First off, if you are installing Music Maker onto a new computer, it will likely be MM2022 (it's free). The most recent update is 30.0.4.44. Can you confirm this? As soon as you login (Join), the program will acknowledge your 2021

    @beeanimated Your old Sony user account should have been transferred to Magix. You just need to login and download the installer from your account. I don't think your old installer will work any longer because Sony disabled all old registration
