@NYC-Songwriter "KONTAKT" and "Native Access" are both software products from Native Instruments, nothing directly to do with MAGIX! You will first need to install "Native Access" as a completely independent app, downloadable from Native Instruments

I've found the answer. It looks like the instrument editor crashed in some way. I'll attach a screenshot. To fix it I just opened the MIDI editor then opened the instrument editor. Then I was able to reset it by selecting the instrument type.

You can add six features from the store but you've only mentioned one. (Soundpools and instruments are not features). I think you need to add more features including Creative suite.
