@Gerald-Shantz Hi, Audio Cleaning Lab is a totally different product from Sound Forge. Magix added the prefix Sound Forge several years ago to be able to put audio editing programs under the same heading, I guess. I have been using it since 2005.

Hi @Mac123, you should first try resetting SF. If you cannot open SF to use the File menu's 'Reset/Clear cache' command, hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching SF, which will open the tool. Does SF show which plug-in it is looking for?
