RE: Sound Forge 10 with Waves 11?
Check "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" to confirm the penitent default or alternate VST search folders are selected and to see if plug are listed and check-marked in "Select VST effects to be available as audio plug-ins" I am not familiar

Can't edit Plug-In at all- Affects all projects
First Antares AutoTune Pro stretches across both of my monitors; which is annoying. I decided I wanted to try the option "Screen-by-Screen Scrolling" in AutoTune to see if it would help auto resizing the screen. When I click it and applied it, all

Inserting a VST
I have Music Maker 2020 Plus edition. I use Amplitude 4 for my effects. How do I use that plug in on the DAW? When I go to record, the play back is different, it has no effects or distortion like how it sounds when I'm actually playing. Any help is

RE: Music Maker Premium 2020-Crackly and skipping sounds.
UPDATE: Yes, so as I mentioned, my CPU runs around 20-40% when running MMM even with 20 tracks. For sound popping, skipping issues, I found a solution by changing a power setting in power management also..the key driver to this whole mess, at least

RE: Acid Pro 10 Suite
To someone up there about pointing the plugin directory and such. All of that has been tried multiple times, it doesn't work. Acid Pro 64 bit even fails the jbridge scan and I have the paid version. It just doesn't work. Acid only uses the plugins

I am not aware of a way to disable that . There is probably one plug-in the is not registering properly in the VST grovel file. Hide the VST <.dll> files in a non-search folder and add back a few at time to I.D. the offender. I have done this

Thanks man! I've tried to follow your instructions, but I unfortunately I am still not able to do it (I am a total disaster with computers...) When I reach your second step, I don't have the "VST FX" option, I only have "MAGIX Plug-ins" I click in

RE: Movie Edit Pro Plus - how do I add 3rd party VST FX?
@CubeAce Hi Ray, Adding VST's in ME3 does not make them accessible in MEP. You have to add them in MEP as I showed, under Program Settings, Folder, VST plugins. ME3 is old and only takes 32 bit VST plugins. By default, ME3 will pick up anything

@CubeAce Ooohh! Now I get it! Cubase = CubeAce. Talk about being slow to catch on. To add to what John EB said, either you have stumbled across something that we don't know about or something else is happening. I'll do this in 2 parts - 2

@CubeAce Hi Ray, You are trying to add VSTs to Video Effects plugins - not the correct place. Program Settings, Folder tab, Add VST plug-in path... John CB

RE: Acoustic Mirror forgets prev impulse files used & last browsed folder
Acoustic Mirror is such an old Sound Forge only plug-in (probably shouldn't even call it a plug in except I remember it being an add on that you paid quite a bit of extra money for many moons ago and it was called Acoustic Modeler for several years
