  @johnebaker John, the screenshot second down indicates the problem is occurring at the encoding/mixdown stage (Cut 1). The actual disk burn is "Cut 5". When I did one just then, there was no disk activity until Cut 5.

  Sure, try SF-14 if you have it. I am not sure about your particular batch job though in any version. You can have multiple versions of Sound Forge installed and activated on the same PC without issue.

  Just watched Thirteen Days. About seven hours of processing; Movie ran just fine; Mild soft focus - acutance not as high as usual; Proves that VPX16 talks to my active DVD Drive.
