NO way to contact support and Sound Forge 15 just is horrable

Please help me with SF 15. It crashes, wont load Izotope and just seems super unstable. Is there a discount to update to 17 and will it be any better. This is the worst version of SF I have ever used. Please help.

A long-shot, but try resetting Sound Forge .. Since SF crashes before you can get to the 'File> Reset all preferences and clear cached data' dialog., use the alternate: Hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching SF, which opens the reset
