  @rick-a You definitely need support to merge both accounts into one. I recommend you open a new ticket and ask them that you want to merge your old Sony login with your current Magix login. Hopefully the AI bot will then inform some human support

  OK, here's the latest... After installing the updated drivers, SF was still crashing. Went into iZotope to try doing things in there, and the program went into an endless loop of "not responding" then I'd wait for it, then I'd get "not responding"
