So far I have included libEGL.dll, libGLESv2.dll and d3dcompiler_*.dll in the Path and restarted... didn't work.I've copied them to SysWow... nothing -- copied them to System32... nothing -- they are already in application's folder. I don't know

@johnebaker Altering the Appdata folder is definitely not recommended could cause issues with data loss from Windows updates. Totally agree, however altering the Users directory is considered acceptable and the AppData directory is a subdirectory of
