RE: Editing audio on the timeline
@Tony-Haack Hi Tony, I gave you two long messages about doing Voice Over in this thread. Read them again. The best place to do VO is right in the video editor as I described because you can also make adjustments to the video part if necessary. ME3

    RE: [Closed] Website Observation
Hi, The one big thing that VPX and MMS have is multi-movie (multi-timeline) capability. This is never mentioned in the adverts. This capability is not in most video editing programs, as far as I know, except for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci

RE: Which Magix audio progrns work with VST's?
@mark-sullivan For compatibility mode make a right click on the program shortcut icon, select Properties and there you can select the mode.  I saw your MKV question was already answered. So, for your other question which audio software to choose: it

    RE: Magix Future?
@Reyfox Hi, As you are aware, user-inspired Pinnacle and VideoStudio/PaintShop Pro forums have sprung up. BTW, I started with Pinnacle Studio and switched to MEP when the future of Pinnacle with Avid was in doubt. I still have Pinnacle Studio 23,

RE: Where did my audio go?
I have watched the getting started videos where I learned that I can make the Timeline mode to where I can see it, yay! I think that bit may have been resolved now. Although, I am still deathly frightened of it. Too many buttons and such. First

RE: Can ACID Pro Remove Turntable Rumble?
I do the cleanup in Cleaning Lab, then save the newly created WAV. I open the newly created WAV in ACID Pro. I do the fine tuning, like adjusting the dB levels, and cleaning the intro and outro of the song if needed. I then render the file as a FLAC

@Deborah-Wesley Hi Debbie, That was a lot of good information to digest. I took a look at Forever.com or Permanent.org. Your comment about the unknown lifetime of these is valid. Looking at the details of one of them, I see long-term expenses. Free

@CubeAce Hi Ray, Just concentrate on the few that you really need, like T, Z, and U. I have many on my ShuttlePro and the hard part is remembering which button to press. I have 4 for VPX, 3 for Xara, 1 for Music Maker, 1 for Sound Forge Audio

@Olof-Henrikson Hi, Not so fast! If you don't have it, don't get it. You already have Music Editor 3 that comes with MEP. Video Sound Cleaning Lab is supposed to be an upgrade to that but it is not. It does not have VST capability, at least it

@Gerald-Shantz Hi, Audio Cleaning Lab is a totally different product from Sound Forge. Magix added the prefix Sound Forge several years ago to be able to put audio editing programs under the same heading, I guess. I have been using it since 2005.
