  @CRH Hi, Music Maker 2025 33.0.2.10 Ctrl+Shift+mouse wheel zooms in and out fine here, as does Alt+Shift+mouse wheel to move along the timeline. Something must be wrong with your mouse or system if these don't work for you. Sorry, I can't help you.

  @BriceMD You simply enter the premium edition serial number in the welcome screen of Music Maker 2024. You don't need to reinstall it.

  I followed through making the exceptions in Win11 Virus scanner and also went back into Roaming and deleted the files again. Music Maker started without error but was laggy and crashed when creating an AI generated song.
