  @jjgrober Hi. In OBS Studio. Try increasing the KeyFrame Interval to the same amount as you are recording frames per second. That should help with keeping the audio in sync when editing and double your present amount of key frames. Ray.

  Recording Delay
  I have used SF for years and presently use Sound Forge Audio Studio 15. Suddenly, I find when I hit Record there is a delay of about 2 seconds before recording starts. This makes editing really hard. Did I somehow change settings? Help!
