  @spuddy13 Hi Brian. Well the good news is your processor is 6th generation with an HD 530 graphics chip that seems to be doing some work and you have nvidia graphics as well but I can't see what it is and doesn't appear to be doing anything do help

  @nicolesharp100 Hi . . . .  I set the export for both AVC and HEVC as averaging 64 MBd with a maximum of 128 MBd and CPB as 15 MB.  Maximum GOP Length is 60 and GOP Structure is Auto. Profile Level is set to the highest and Coding Quality is Best.
