RE: Searching for gap and silence
Which version of Audio Studio (AS) do you have? I don't think AS has the 'Statistics' tool, but if may have a 'Find' feature, but I'm not sure, since I only used AS-12 briefly in beta testing. You may be limited to a visual inspection of the

RE: Searching for gap and silence
In all versions of SF Pro, go to "Tools> Find" and select the 'Glitch' preset, which has small-medium-large options, You can also fine tune it with Threshold and Sensitivity parameters. Add a 'Find' icon to the toolbar and/or a keyboard shortcut

VST effect won't apply on save?
I'm trying to use MeldaProduction's MTransformer VS2 effect. It plays in preview, but when I save, the changes are not applied to the waveform. Other plugins I have seem to work, but the MeldaProduction plugins don't seem to. I read of a bug in

Melodyne Volume
Does anybody know how to make the volume of a track edited with Melodyne have more volume? Every time I edit a track with the ARA melodyne plugin, the object that is edited has absolutely no volume. If I increase the volume of that track using the

RE: [Feedback] How do you like version 16.0.2.304 ?
@MAGIX_Redaktion Hi Mathias, I have updated the list. Some of these are quite simple to fix. The list is getting longer: Fix the preview of icons under Templates, Design Elements, Collages - presently shows only the Cover icon - collage.png for all

RE: MIDI editor
Hi, I have 55,000+ ogg loops and 10,000+ tak loops from Magix Soundpools, and 7361 mxcogg Soundpool loops (from the Store). The tak loops are mostly done using a synthesizer or a sequencer, but not all. If the loops happens to be a tak, then it is

RE: [Feedback] How do you like version 16.0.2.288?
@MAGIX_Redaktion Mathias, I really like some of the new features - layer colours, designating target track for importing, and flexible track handling. However, we still have the outstanding list of problems that need to be resolved. Here is the

RE: Thumbnails not visible in editor and unable to change opacity/volume
Hi, welcome to the Magix forums. In order to be able to see the thumbnails of those video objects you simply need to zoom in on the timeline because the horizontal length of each object is too short.. This will allow each object box to lengthen and

Thumbnails not visible in editor and unable to change opacity/volume
My computer is a dell t3500 with 12 gb ram, w3690 processor, gtx 750 ti graphics card. I have run into an issue in which I cannot view timeline thumbnails or waveforms and cannot change volume/opacity of them. This will be a hindrance to a project I

RE: sync 3 separate tracks precisely by eyeballing objects audio wav
My business is wedding video and small theatre productions, so I am constantly synching audio and video footage. A typical wedding for me is 3 camera streams of 4k video and audio and 2 audio recorders. Church weddings and shows are typically up to

sync 3 separate tracks precisely by eyeballing objects audio wav
short question: How can I zoom into a track and match the 2 audio wavforms, exactly, without this weird snapping that Movie Edit Pro is doing? The goal is so that the video and audio sync up as best as possible. the long same question: Hi, I've made

GoPro Hero 7 - hissing noise instead of sound
Hello, I just imported the footage from my GoPro Hero7 for the first time into Magix Movie Edit Pro 2016 (Vs 15.0.0.114 (UDP3)), but instead of the sound I only hear a hissing noise. Looking at the waveform in Magix, it's just a straight line :-(

Just a follow-up on the previous post. Went back through forum and retried this posting about activating the expansion pack from another thread. I had looked at it earlier, but the menu options were not the same, so I did not go through with it. At

RE: Does New Sound Forge Offer Ability to Quickly Adjust Gain/Level?
Thanks Rick. Not a fan of envelope automation for this. Not nearly as fast as just highlighting a clip and dragging. I edit LONG files - sometimes hours long. On-clip gain control is a huge time saver. Also, for "event" gain control, you need to

Does New Sound Forge Offer Ability to Quickly Adjust Gain/Level?
Does the new Sound Forge - by any chance (fingers crossed) have this feature? Adobe Audition has something I use more than just about any other feature - its called "on-clip gain control." Whenever you highlight any audio in the edit screen, a

RE: Avoid 'Calculating graphics data...' when loading existing project?
@johnebaker Yes, I found a 'mxfilerelatedcache.mxc2' in the project folder, and another in my video folder, where I had the clip. I deleted both, renamed the project, reimported the clip. The audio generated its graphic data to create the waveform.
