RE: Waveform output device "none" cannot play this format!
Hi, Sounds like the audio driver cannot be interfaced properly by Movie Edit Pro. Might be something that can be rectified by checking and correcting the audio driver settings in the program (see below) or it might be an indications of actual

    Edit Pro 15 Plus freezes
Edit Pro 15 Plus freezes at random - no response to mouse. Must terminate program. Re-installed program twice - didn't fix problem. Used to work fine. Running XP SP3.

RE: Music Maker 16 + Vista x64 freeze
Thank you for your help. What I mean, is that I have some sort of application crash : MM16 freezes for ever. And in some situations, Vista freezes completely, mouse cursor is locked and I have to press the reset button. The problem occurs

RE: Interrupted sounds in MMM 12
You'll need to explain more and include your PC system specs. There's no way one could possibly answer with the information you have provided. Does the sound skip at the same spot all the time or is it random? How are you recording? Which

    RE: [Closed] No camera/burner
Hi, These are two completely different issues and the combination here seems kind of random, possibly with some key details missing, but I'll give it a shot: What kind of camera are you using? You said "camera on the laptop"? Is that you

RE: [Closed] I just dowloaded the trial version of Movie Edit Pro 15. I loaded a file and it sounds like we are talking through garbage cans connected by wires. At first I thought the playback speed had been slowed, but it says 1.0. I don't know why or how, this is
Hi again, Thanks for the detailed update. I'm sure there's enough information here that I can work with.  :-) Basically, there are different aspects to this issue. Let's start with the sound problem: I understand this occurs when you import

RE: [Closed] import from video camera
Hi there, As you have apparently already discovered in the meantime, this type of camera doesn't require the capturing process available in the program. This is just designed for tape-based cameras (DV or analog) to basically go from a purely

RE: Upon exporting, audio/video not synced in some parts
This sounds like a tricky one.  My first question is about your hardware.  MEP requires pretty beefy hardware.  Dual-core, 3 Gigs RAM, beefy graphics adapter (external), etc.  The more beefy, the better. Since you are exporting a 30 minute movie,

    RE: Hitachi DVD+HDD camera
Hi there, If you're camera is a DVD cam, then that's exactly how the import would work. Why would you want it to be any other way?  :-) The DV/HDV capturing is for tape-based cameras. While there's nothing wrong with cameras based on this

    RE: AVI editing problem...
Hi, AVI is a container format an can hold many different types of codecs for the actual video (and audio) encoding. You probably imported material in a reasonably compressed format (e.g. Motion JPEG) and exported to a completely different codec,

    RE: [Closed] Importing videos
Hi there, In order to answer this question it would be important to know what kind of camera we're dealing with, especially what medium it records to. Is this a traditional miniDV camera or possibly an HDV camera, both of which record to a small

RE: When i open Magix Music Maker 15, there are no numbered boxes above the sounds that allow me to change the key. How can I fix this?
Hi there, At the risk of stating the obvious, the numbers representing the different pitches will only be available for Magix library samples that are accessed via the soundpool database in Music Maker. This is not some kind of function that will

RE: I'm using PhotoStory 7 and am wondering if there a way to apply a simple, random pan and zoom to all the photos in a slideshow?
Hi, While I can find a simple one-click way to apply one transition (or random transitions) to the entire slideshow, I don't seem to be able to find a comparable option to apply one zoom/pan to all photos. The best way to go about this is

RE: How do i record it to my pc but without having the clicking sound on the pc file?
Hi, You might be experiencing "clipping" which is where digital audio exceeds is max. Is the click consistent like a pattern or is it random? Tell me how are you getting your audio into your PC? Through a sound card port? Try bringing the volume

RE: [Closed] Activate the corresponding VST Instruments
Thanks for clarifying this. The Music Maker 14 Classic version doesn't support any external VST instrument plug-ins yet. So, this pretty much only leaves the provided software instruments from the Vita package. However, those are not included in

RE: [Closed] Problem with transfer or import HD video (format .m2ts)
You wouldn't use the option to capture directly from a camera for AVCHD camera technology. The process of capturing is strictly for tape-based cams, both digital and old analog models. Naturally digital (DV/HDV) capturing and analog capturing work

    Loud Bursts of Static... Why?
