  Never mind the above rant. I was able to load the iZotope Ozone 8 Elements in SFAS12 under 'Plugins/Mastering/Ozone 8 Elements (VST3). I checked the 'Scan VST folders for new plug-ins' and that loaded the plugins. Thanks to all who offered input.
